I am a new Handshake customer and have a question on item setup. We have several items that the customer has multiple options within. For example we sell dip mix and specificatly a merchandiser that the customer can customize by picking six flavors out of our 30 flavors that are available. My first thought is to use variants to enter six options on the item with 30 choices in each option but, that seems wrong. Any help or direction??

With regards to your question - hrmm - this is a tricky one. Outside of these products - do any of your other items have variants?

No... that is where I am having the issue. The variants arn't really to
offer user specific options within an item and of course not with six
variants to choose from.. that is where I am totaly confused.

Hey Ken -
To be honest - we don't really have a way of expressing six different "options" unless you were to try and set up $0 price variants and then have the total pricing on the parent item. It's just a little bit of an uncommon scenario for us!
If all your other items did NOT have variants we could probably figure out how to make that work. Let me know if you'd like to discuss next week.

But, my other items DO NOT have variants. Just this assortment and one other assortment.
