uploading pricing & customer lists

What is the ideal excel field arrangement to up load pricing? For example SKU, description/ size etc...
Also how do i enter a different customer list for each of my ten reps? (What order is best for customer uploading from excel?)

    User Groups are used to assign customers to sales reps in the customers sheet and make sure that reps only see their own customers and orders: http://handshake-app.com/help/kb/user-groups/user-groups
