Hey Stuart -
Best recommendation is to either use the "order confirmation CSV" file that is attached to an order confirmation when you select "email order to my office", or to use the order exports which can be generated by selecting and exporting orders at https://app.handshake-app.com/orders. Please note that both the above export templates are editable via the "Templates" tab in the setup part of the website. The back office can easily monitor this page for new orders as they arrive.
