Hi,

I just subscribe for a 6 months with 2 users in order to test the app and potentially extend licenses to all our sales force.

Questions:
1- I like to have a template for quotations, waiting for confirmation, in the 'finishing up' of the ordering process, how can we do this?
2- Where can I find a quick explanation to connect with the my box account ?
3- I am exporting excel or csv data from our ERP system with a different column ID, how can I match this when importing in handshake ? See attachment
4- Where can I change the Sales order # ?
5- How can I do to send all the Orders automatically in CC to a specific address like [email blocked] ?

Thank you in advance for your support !!!

Gerardo.

    Hey Gerardo -

    In answer to your questions:

    1. The ability to send orders as a "quote" will be coming soon with the beta of Handshake Pitch. Check out: https://handshake-app.com/pitch - we'd love to have you as one of our early testers.
    2. You can connect to box by clicking on your user and connecting to your box.com account: https://app.handshake-app.com/account/users
    3. You'll need to use our items templates to import this data. In the future, we will also have an "item mapper" which will make it easier for you to save a preset mapper for the sheets you regularly use.
    4. You cannot change the sales order numbers in Handshake, for a couple of good reasons, mainly because Handshake works both online and offline. See: http://handshake-app.com/help/kb/faq/faq#order_ids
    5. When you hit "email order to office" the orders are automatically CC's to the company address specified at https://app.handshake-app.com/setup/company

    Thanks Gerardo!

    Hello Mike,

Thank you for your quick reply !

Please tell me when it is possible to try Pitch.

Question: why the numbering of the orders are not linear ? For example it is going from 25 to 32 ?

    All the rest is ok!!!

    Thanks a lot

    Gerardo.

    Hey Gerardo -

The allocation of order IDs is necessarily not linear since many of our customers have users who are partly offline much of the day. The algorithm allocates order IDs in a particular manner to avoid duplicate ID allocation.

    Kind regards,

    Handshake NYC
