send mail thorough web and new status code

Hi,
We are using your application and it has helped us expand our business.
You guys are doing great job.
Sometimes office personnel need to mail the orders and they log-in to ipad send mail from there. Will you think about adapting sending mails through the web interface?
And also sometimes during delivery process we come across different problems that should be solved by the Rep.
How about adapting a new status code such as problem ?

    Hey there Hamslusa -

    We may consider allowing for the sending of emails through the web interface in the future. For now -did you notice you can generate PDF order confirmations from the web at https://app.handshake-app.com/orders by hitting "Export to PDF" on an order? You could then attach this to an email as necessary.
