Every item we sell can be personalized with custom lettering or decoration. How can I add this option for writing orders? We'll need to be able to type the custom name next to the item ordered.

   Hey there Patrick -

   Certainly you could use the notes field when writing an order for a product to include some of this information. You can write two kinds of notes:

   1. Line notes:: these are notes on individual items on an order. Simply hit the "notes" (speech bubble icon) while writing an order or in the cart to apply the notes to the selected item.
   2. Order notes: these are notes on a whole order and can be written from the "Options" tab while working on an order.
