Choosing the "tap" quantity mode
After playing around with Handshake, I couldn't help but wonder ... I have downloaded the most recent update to both my iPad and my iPhone. When I try to put a quantity on my iPad the keypad pops up but there is no Set bar on the bottom. I would also like to select weather or not I wanted to use the keypad.
For most of what I do the tap is much cooler.

Hi Tracy - if you want to switch back to the "tap" mode instead of the "calculator" mode, just hit the "SET" button in the bottom right of the screen and choose "Add / Remove" and things will be back the way they were before.
Hope that helps!

Glen, thank you for the quick response. Any reason why the set bar is not showing up on my iPad?
Thank you

Hi Tracy - I've attached a screenshot here - do you not have the SET button at the bottom when you're editing an order?

Glen, I was able to get back to tap but what I first emailed about was on my iPad the qty keypad came up for me to select the qty I wanted but there was no way to set it. The red "select" space bar under the numbers is not there. It is on my phone but not my iPad
Thank you

Hi Tracy - just wanted to make sure we're talking about the same thing here. You're saying that the red "SET" button I'm pointing to in the attachment is not there for you?
Can I ask if you were using the calculator while searching for products (rather than navigating through the category tree for them)?
There is a known issue in Handshake 3.2.0 where the calculator can be partially hidden by the iPad keyboard if it's shown while searching for products. This has been fixed already and will be part of our next release.
