Hello, just a quick question.. is it possible to upload 2 images on some items? Since there are some items that have a different reverse image, it'll be great if there's a possible way to upload 2 images.

Thank you very much, I will take a look at it and try it. Another question
I have, my boss asked me if it's possible to export the item name, the item
number, both prices, and the barcode together so we can design a label for
each item? That way it can be easier so we won't have to do it one by one.

For example, export it as an excel file or microsoft word file?

Hey Cathy -
Absolutely - you can bulk import/export info from https://app.handshake-app.com/setup/bulk/import
Hit "export" alongside the items row. This will generate the Excel file for you.
Thanks!

Thank you! ..just to make sure, where do I have to go in order to be able
to upload more than one image? Is it through Setup? Items? Account?

Hey Cathy -
Did you check out the link I sent you earlier? Multiple images are loaded via the bulk import functionality (basically you upload a Zip file of the images matchin the SKU names) on the bulk import page.
Cheers,
Mike Elmgreen

Yes I did checked it out, I didn't understood what I suppose to do. But now
I do, I have to upload the images through zip file. I usually upload them
one by one through the item list and browse for each picture. Let me try
through the zip file, but would it affect the images already uploaded?
Would they get erased?

Hey there Cathy -
You should leave out the ones you already have images for.
Thanks,
Mike Elmgreen
