Top Items Report
Hi there
Currently your report for Top Items only includes the SKU and total amount sold. Is it possible that in this report, the item name could also be displayed alongside the SKU. With over 500 products on range this report would be much easier to analyse if the item name was also included.

Thankfully, your hope will be answered TODAY! In Handshake 3.3, we updated the top items report to include the name, and also added a whole host of bells and whistles including filters, custom date ranges and more which you can preview at http://www.facebook.com/HandshakeApp - check out the screenshots and let us know your thoughts!

The recent updates are just what we needed. The filters and date ranges make the reports so much more meaningful. Our sales reps think that being able to create an order straight from the product list is a great addition.

Hi,
Sorry but I've tried to run several reports since last update (version 3.3) and it doesn't work. The app window closes and then open again...
Any idea?

Hi. I am also having the same problem as Bastien. I've attempted to run the Total Sales report, but the APP window closes time and time again.

Hi all - we do have some known issues with the latest reports release that we have fixed and have submitted in a new build to the app store. Please let us know if you can't wait and would love to be included on the pre-release build.
