Hi! how do we apply a set discount to a customer, in order for their order to be discounted accordingly. I have learned how we can apply a discount to an item, but it is a bit difficult to this to every item. Is there a way we can apply a discount structure to a customer to automatically deduct the price?

Yes! Handshake's Customer Groups feature allows you to associate a price list with a particular customer group so that when you pull them up and write them an order - they'll receive the appropriate price (which could be a discounted pricing for each item). Customer Groups may also have a different currency associated with each of them.
