Glen Coates
CEO / Founder
Glen has 10 years experience as a professional software developer.
In recent years he managed operations & IT for a global eco-friendly products brand, and based on his combined experience in software and wholesale distribution, he decided that the world needed Handshake.
He now works twice as hard for half the money, and couldn't be happier.
Glen attended the University of NSW, Sydney as both student and teacher, and holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons 1st class).
Mike Elmgreen
VP Business Development
Mike has a background in sales, business development and product evangelism at Microsoft where he was responsible for growing Bing’s partnerships with large US customers and partners.
He agreed that the world needed Handshake and took on the mission of getting the word out. Glen's harder-work-for-less-money thinking somehow made sense and Mike now sits on Handshake's board of directors.
Mike attended the University of Technology, Sydney, and holds a Bachelor of Business (Management) and Bachelor of Laws degrees.
